Cost On Delivery (COD) Orders
At this time we do not accept C.O.D. orders outside of France, Corsica, Monaco and French Overseas Territories. Chronopost shipment method only.

Bank Cheque
We only accept bank cheques in Euros. Your order will be sent after the cheque is credited to our account.

Shipping Options

We use UPS Express and UPS Standard because of their traceable insured services. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, please). As a rule, orders will be processed the following business day.

Resalable conditions to be defined by the following:
1) Merchandise should not be damaged in any way, or, show any signs of wear on frames, temples, or lenses
2) All extra parts must be returned with product, such as extra lenses, cords, etc...
3) Product must be returned with all original packaging, such as original manufacturers box, case, warranty cards, etc. The-Eye-Shop is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
4) Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded
